The Goldbergs Food Group is seeking an experienced Catering Manager. Their time will be split between our facilities located near Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, our Roswell Road restaurant located in Atlanta, Georgia and our Corporate Office located in Marietta, Georgia. The Catering Manager will oversee the operation and execution of all BEO’s from start to finish.  This role will require excellent organizational skills, strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to ensure customer needs and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule staff accordingly based on event
  • Train and manage wait staff and attendants
  • Meet with Client at the start of the event. Establish expectations based on BEO instructions
  • Work in partnership with transportation team
  • Work in partnership with culinary team
  • Manage equipment and place orders as needed to ensure event success
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:

  • 3+ Years in Catering Management, Restaurant Management, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Restaurant Management experience preferred
